In the application where you can modify the classes, I request that the teacher who teaches them appear each day, and it tells me that that is where you go to class and not by the teacher who teaches it, when logically everyone should be able to choose freely and by affinity or way of teaching classes with who we want to go to. After several of us who were going found out about the dismissal of our teacher, we requested that we be reimbursed for the month's money because we are not going to go and he refused with a policy that has not existed nor have we signed anything that no refunds are made. He owes me €105 and I will solve it through legal means. This center is not recommended by the owner.

REGRETTABLE. Zero customer-oriented business. After being a client for months given the professionalism of Naty Rodríguez, I found out that she had been fired at the beginning of the month when I still had 8 classes to attend (be careful, a voucher for 12 classes is €140). I requested a refund for the classes that I did not want to take (since I was going to the center for my teacher) and the center did not want to take responsibility for the change in the teaching staff, claiming that they had not modified the service. He limited himself to interpreting in his own way the general conditions that you sign when registering, where evidently he does not specify that refunds are not made for classes that have not yet been given, but rather that refunds are not made for those that you have not attended. Like other colleagues who have received the same disrespectful treatment from the property, I have had to take the matter to the Consumer Office.

Very little professionalism, I have a family member who went to classes at the center and the treatment has been deplorable, when he has had questions about the classes he has not received any type of response except "this is a pilates center, you don't have to be able to choose the teacher" when they had always been able to choose him and also at the moment he decided to stop attending classes because he did not like the treatment, they refused to give him back 8 classes that he had not yet taken.
